Yup... that was tragic, indeed. He died doing what he loved best and doing the stunt he was famous for.

Oh, uh... Indian Larry was a WORLD FAMOUS custom bike builder. Designed some incredible stuff.

there's always the exception.........so are you an exception? everybody seems to think they are, but 19-30y.o.'s make up the highest % of motorcycle deaths.......alot of exceptions dieing.

and do you think IL wanted sympathy? he lived his life on his terms...and died on his terms........

Yes he died on his terms.....Knew the risks as well all do when we ride a moto....join the army, etc...anytime we step out the door there are risks..so we should not though not honor someone that died while doing something we all love....we can have all the statistics in the world and you know what? When its our time its our time...AJC

possible........motorcycling is a dangerous enough sport........and then to ride stupidly.....ups the chances......vs. trying to reduce the risk :dontknow:

+1000

no one dies before his time....

i escaped death.... i guess it wasnt my time yet....

my friend was playing basketball and died from a heart attack he was only 22 no previous heart problems....

my other friend got into an accident he walked out to help the lady that they hit a drunk driver hit both cars and killed him.....

when its ur time its ur time

if u think ur safe on a bike get a reality check.... i dont care how many decades u've been riding....but i know one thing i will die doing the thing i love most and i wont have a regret....

i dont htink im an exception. thats why i wear gear, drive somehwat responsible on the street, avoid riding with big groups of squids, eat my vegetables, and take my vitamins.

i bet IL didnt want sympathy but i also doubt he wanted to die doing a stunt or "trick" rather than die while riding.
