Hey everyone, thanks for the great hospitality and excellent organization of the ride. It was awesome and everyone was real cool and supportive even for the slow pokes like me. I can't wait to get better. Yesterday was the reason I got a bike.

Besides it's not about how fast you are. It's just about riding!

Always ride within your means, you will live allot longer and have allot less crashes.

sounds like you had tons of fun at the forest. I went there 2 weeks ago but there was a gazillion bugs on the road... I practically had to steer around the big ones, it was a very uncomfortable ride.

Thumbs up THANKS

so i just have to say thanks for the guys like Caligonetx, tiatool, moo1000, bklunbullet and a ton of others (i'm really bad with names - sorry) for all the info you guys throw out about the ride and tips & such before heading out. it REALLY makes a huge difference for the noobs such as myself. you guys make it totally comfortable to ride in such a large group and on such a difficult course.

with that said...when we riding again?!?!?!?

Rider Down

One of the guys went down on the 5-18 ride as you all have seen in the previous posts. Here are a couple of picture posted with his permission. He walked away and drove away 100% because of the gear he was wearing. Oh yeah and as you can see frame sliders are a great idea. Ride on Pyro.

. At least the damage doesn't look to severe. That's not the dude on the right in that top picture is it? Forgot his name but he has been on several forest rides with us and is cool as chit. That sucks.
