data aquisition for LSTD

The Lone Star Track Days endurance team just received our new Racepak
G2X Data Acquisition System on Friday.
We are very excited!
The G2X kit comes with the G2X, dash, the gps antenna, memory card, the software, and everything that you need.
You can build track maps, measure lateral and accel forces, measure time data, mph, engine rpm and more.
Racepak has been very, very helpful to our team.
If anyone is interested in this system, please contact Tim Anderson at racepak.com.
And feel free to come see our system at any LSTD event. We'll be happy to provide you guys with any help that we can.
On another note, the LSTD team finished 4th overall at the Hallett round and 2nd in class (big, big thanks to john h. and bridgestone)
Please keep and eye out for our blog in our LSTD section here.

Tim says the system is very easy to use.
It comes with instructions and software.
I think it will be quite simple, and racepak is there to offer help if we run into any glitches.
but come by at any cmra race or lstd track day and give us your input.
one thing for sure, if a device has more than one part and i can use it, so can anyone.
and we'll be going some track days at GS Speedway at the end of the month, so give us a holler down there.
heck, it's worth the trip there just to see Jody rip the track apart on his SM bike.
