Are the giveaways available to all that attend or only those that get on the "roll call" list in the other thread?

What time will they start allowing parade laps? and what time is the stunt show going to start? I want to get out there early enough to do/see both of these as I live only about 5 miles from MSR.

About the parade lap, yeah. But nobody answered the question I posed here - do you have to get on the "roll call" list on the forum to win, or is the raffle/prize drawing going to be based on in-person entries?

Must be present to win?
(Instead of me +2, I put each of our names separately - I assumed that we'd be getting some kind of raffle ticket when we paid our entrance fee but I guess not?)

I'm not trying to be difficult, but if I'm going to be out there in the sun for 1-2 hours, I'd like it to be the RIGHT 1-2 hours and not disqualify myself from all the goodies.
