TWS (Texas World Speedway) this weekend

the wife and i are planning comming to the lstd event at TWS (Texas World Speedway) this weekend. we found a sitter for our fourteen month old twins, but have come up short in the search for a sitter for our new puppy.

i bought her a puggle (half pug / half beagle) for her birthday and mothers day combined. if we are planning to camp out fri and sat night, do ya'll think there would be a problem with us bringing the puppy??

also, is there any elec, water, or showers.....or is this good ol' fashioned roughing it?????????

shouldn't be a problem as the paddock area is pretty large, i've seen people bring worse out to the track

and yes, there is elec, water, and showers there.

i'll be on my neon yellow 600rr #777, come say hi.

I thought TWS (Texas World Speedway) (and most Texas tracks) is a strict 'no pets allowed' track. ?!

as long as the dog fits in a purse it's okay in texas

i've seen a few critters on leashes and in cages at the track before....:dontknow: the official rule though. guess one of the lstd bosses should chime in on this one.

NO PETS.
If the TWS (Texas World Speedway) mgt. sees the animal they will ask you take it off the premises.

There are plenty of showers and some power in the covered garages.
The Snack bar will be open during the days and late on Saturday night.

We are camping as well and my only advice is to shower in flip flops.

sounds like a jailhouse shower

it's not that bad, but yeah, i would wear some flip flops in the shower.....you never know how many potential babies were killed in the shower.

reminds me of college, in my dorm we had community shower, I NEVER went in there w/o flip-flops

question, does it cost anything to camp on track day weekend?

I'm not camping this time because I'm corner workiong, but I will next month when I do my first track day

yes, it's either $10 or $15 per night!

I think it's $15 for the weekend, not per night...
