Ride most days

I ride almost everyday. I usually don't leave in the rain, and I don't ride when I get called in to the ER at night (i'm too tired when I finally come home). There are 2-3 other people who ride, but I'm the only regular. The only I usually get, is when a m/c accident victim comes in... my co-workers say stupid sh*t. So now everytime a car accident victim comes in, I send my own memos. Lately, I've been getting lots of questions about gas mileage. May be more bikes parked at work in the near future.

They are not allowed in our parking garage. so if you want to drive one to work....you have A. park it on the street and hope it does not get hit (happens a lot) or B. park it on the client parking which is frowned upon.

We have 5 out of 10 employees that own bikes and 4 of those that ride regularly. The boss has never said anything to us but makes it known he doesn't like bikes. He asked one of the employees to park it in back because he didn't want "it to get knocked over" which is code for "move that POS so the client doesn't think that hooligans work here."

I ride most days whens it's not raining or too cold in the morning <40F. Our office is business casual so I bring a booksack with my work clothes and change at the office.

I ride in a couple of times a week, but there are never more than 4-5 in the whole garage. Mine is usually the only sport bike.

I work nights Med Center - I get the same comments as Tyme2Move - biker down, crazy "stunts" on the highway, high speed lane splitters ~ I'm the only rider in my department, so I get blamed for EVERY BAD THING bikers do around the cagers. On the other hand, some nights there are 10 to 15 bikes in the garage - 5 to 7 almost every night. I won't start my ride in the rain or cold, but once I'm there, I have to get home... Under 60 degrees and my hand freezes to the throttle! 42 miles to work - 1 way, so I get 3 trips before needing gas - Saves me money weekly, so I'm gonna keep doing it.
