You gotta think about maintenance too. I'm an auto tech and last week I just finished doing a set of head gaskets on a 2001 A6.....when it was all said and done, the final tab came at 3800.00 dollars. car is so difficult to work on and the parts, fopr the price, seems to come from Jupiter. Two months ago I did the thermostat on another A6 and the final bill was 507.00 dollars.

Have you think about a Lexus? Rock solid reliability, IS 300 is classy and sporty at the same time.4 doors.

I love that Audi, but the guys are right about fixing a European car...

Japanese = cheap
European = expensive

i said for the most part...both guys and girls..i know a few guys that dont know a tl from an rl...or a 600rr from an f4i. and some girls that blow me away with their knowledge of parts and such....no hate..just a generalized belief..

Personally, I wouldn't consider any coupe with "business" in mind. I would want something I could carry passengers in comfortably. That being said, I would take Dodge Magnum, Chrysler 300C or, better yet, a Charger. All 3 would have to have HEMI's, though.

1) If you actually do know more than me, its possible, but unlikely....more power to you cause you must know a of a lot.

2)I said "for the most part" girls dont know their stuff..in no way was that a rip on you...just a generalized fact that "for the most part guys know more about cars than girls....kinda like guys know more about girls about motorcycles "for the most part"
3)You and your BF can help me out whenever I start building my A4..or whatever car I get for graduation
