I am guessing that if you were to own one of these, you probably visit the Montrose area quite a bit.

Seriously is 50mpg not enough on a bike? Electricity pollutes just as much if not more so than a Ninja250 or a 500 mile to mile. The electricity comes from natural gas or in our area the burning of coal. So even with the scrubbers, there is a lot of O2 going out along with carbon. What about hop up parts too...will it end up being like R/C cars where you could buy modified motors with different windings and gauge wire for different applications? Add a few more cells for a little more output voltage?

That extra 4k or so would buy alot of gas for a much better looking Ninja 250. Not a bad idea, but to much $$$ IMO though...

ask me if i care about "pollution". go ahead. i just care about my pocket book. . nice concept tho, if they'd make one with better range and not so pricy id buy one.
