Great Service

Another plug for Patrick with Motorcycles Unlimited.

Misunderstanding on the bill caused a bill I estimated at $80 to end up at $190. He did a coolant flush and labor I didn't forsee. When i discussed this with him, He ended up helping reducing my bill dramatically to help with the unforseen costs and misunderstanding from another employee to work with me. I called today and he also helped me walk through valve clearances and saved from from a needless valve check...

He'll keep having my business. Just had to share with the community, thats what I call great service!

He's got a business to run, and I don't mind paying for such good service, and when an error occured/misunderstanding that affected me, he resolved it responsibily and quickly. Others would have just shrugged me off. I would have left to another mechanic if something like this had occured and not been resolved and just been blown off, but he really cared about his customer.

Good job patrick!
