its too bad they cant take advantage of the work force situation.
i mean if work is slow a most as most make sound like,then bids to do the job ought to be cheaper then when everybody is busy as IMHO.

Maybe Obama should put some money for this in his Stimulus Package. It would create some jobs and generate tax revenue for Liberty County.

$7.9 Billion for tracks i think would be suffecient.

I did some electrical work on their new office and go by daily and see people there. They work until late and have regular board meetings. I think it will just take more time to complete the funding process because the economy makes people cautious!
