Dealer check up?

ok call me retarded but it's been 3 years since I bought a new bike and i cant remember when I'm supposed to take the bike in for that dealer check up that costs like 200 bucks. 800 miles? 1000? I cant find it in my owners manual

Yep you can do it yourself.
Oil change, throttle cable, clutch cable, torque settings, check all bolts ,check brakes... basically an oil change...

Basically a once over to ensure the person who put your bike together wasn't smoking crack that day. Ensure you check your header bolts because the heat can make the metal expand and contract. Make sure they are tight, as not have leaks later in life.

i think they check your valves and make sure they are all seeted right and all. and basic parts like sprocket chain axles electronic. make sure nothin stupid is happenin that shouldnt be. change oil and filter. tire pressure. basics and just give the bike a good look over. i think. but i aint no mechanic so dont hold me to it.
