Written test first?!

was wondering if anyone knew if I could take the written test first before msf. Then after taking msf I could get my M endorsement... :dontknow:

Reason why is because Im taking someone to the dps before my MSF on the 18th and I figure I might as well get that done while Im there.

I'm not sure, but I don't think that would work. They probably would want you to take the riding test and do it all at once. Might as well just take the MSF and then take the certificate to the DMV.

thats what I was thinking, just get a temp for like a week or so and wait for my MSF date, finish that and take the cert back to the dps so I can get my M endorsement :dontknow: still getting mixed results.

You can take the written test first.

I personally wouldn't make a special trip up there to do it, because you're still going to have to go back with your certificate.

Just a waste of time IMO.

My SO is going to take her test so I figured why sit there and waste time when I can get the test done and not waste 2 days

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't let you go ahead and do the written though.

kind of no. My friend had a bike in high school and he let me ride it a few times (cruiser). I made a promise to someone that I would do this (riding) the right way (safe and legal)

Took the test(passed) before MSF, and they didnt give me any type of permit. I dont think they are doing it that way anymore.

Nope! You can take the written first! I took all my written test to get my CDL weeks before I took the driving portion!
