my friends dad is a cop, he says if they see you on the freeway speeding by at 80+, they don't follow. most they will do is try to get your license #, it isn't safe for them to try chasing the bike, for them or the biker.

im going to have to disagree with that... 80 isn't that fast, now i could understand if your riding at 120+ then they would radio ahead but if your going 80 i'de almost bet a cop would persue you:dontknow:

Chase policies vary from department to department. A lot of cops don't chase bikes out of personal preference. No one wins if the bike runs and the rider ends up dead. So a lot of cops don't even bother. Especially if it's just for speeding or some traffic violation.

thay cant spike a bike it would be murder if your doin 120 and thay spike you your going down ive never heard of a bike getting spiked
