Trailer Registration information help!!!

Can someone point me in the right direction on where I need to go to register a new trailer. It needs plates and its not street legal as we speak. dont need title work done just registration.

Where and how do I do it, and about how much?

Any Harris County Courthouse.
You'll need proof of insurance for whatever you'll be pulling it with.
List it as a home made trailer and you'll need to put down the approximate max load it'll carry.

The forms will usually show the fees, if not search the site I gave you.
I'd say less than $100.00 easily.
