Why people don't allow test drives...

http://abclocal.go.com/wtvg/story?se...cal&id=6100630

"WTVG --
A test drive turns deadly as a motorcycle crashes into a house. It happened around 6:30 yesterday evening at East Broadway near Navarre. The driver, police say, had pulled out of Easy Auto Sales down the block. He was trying out the motorcycle to see if he should buy it. Witnesses say the driver gunned the engine and lost control, smashing through a fence and into the home.
Police say the 29-year-old Toledo man was not wearing a helmet and that he died instantly. "

No dealers can be responsible for the death or damage to the test vehicle but I am sure there is a "you break you buy" policy. Does that mean if you are selling your bike and the potential buyer give you the cash to test ride and he gets killed or lay it down, you can't keep the money?
