Pants & Boots

So I'm in the market for pants and boots so that I can step up from my jeans and old polo boots (even though I look good when I ride, I'm not as safe as I would like to be ).

So I've been like a vulture on NewEnough and came across some Setup Vision boots Setup linky and some Oxtar SS boots Oxtar linky (neither of which come in my size in the black I want! ). I also had my eye on these River Road pants b/c of the price & features Pants linky

Now, you're probly wondering "why do I care" right...well I want to know if you guys/gals can give me any input about any of this gear. Pros, cons, criticism, whatever.

BTW, if you anyone knows of an equally awesome deal or even a better one let me know b/c I'm tryin to stay w/in my budget but be safe at the same time.

Thanx!

For the price of those Setups you could wear them to do yard work as well.

Pros - Something is better then nothing.

Cons - Not sure about the rep of any of those products. Call some of the shops that help sponsor this site and ask some questions and support your local dealer.

you played polo?

Go to Motorcycles Unlimited get a pair of Cortech DSX pants ... they are jeans lined with leather and have CE rated armor in the knees. He'll also steer you in the right direction for boots depending on your riding style. Prices come VERY close to internet ... but you will NOT get his kind of service or know how from a web page.

Give us a call, there are several good quality boots we carry / can recommend.
As far as jeans, both the Cortech or the Fieldsheer work really well.
I keep them in stock.
Don't forget to ask for your MH discount.
