I got a ticket Sat on the way to the benefit in Clear Lake. I got shot by a lazer. THEY were hiding on Bay Area. I pulled over took my lid off,got out ins. which had just expired, and got out my license. He wrote me for 50 in a 40. They hide just over the speed limit change line. I get ticket and procede to the rally. I get there call their sargant and get it dissmissed. Thats the procedure for getting pulled over. Its nice to have a hook up.

I was headed home Sunday morning around 3:30AM. There was a big accident on 59 and traffic was stopped. Some cars were jumping the curb to exit the fwy. I followed suit. HPD was a few hundred feet up the road pulling over the curb jumpers.

HPD: "Did you get off the fwy back there"
ME: "I was on the fwy at one time, yes"
HPD: "Did I see you drive over the curb?"
ME: "I'm not sure what you saw, Sir"
HPD: "Go home and don't do it again"
ME: *throws duece*

be legal and watch for leo's, most of the time you can see them before they can radar you, the half dozen times i have been pulled over (plate tucked to far, in a group with some idiots doing whoolies, and a couple random pull overs just to see if im legaL) i have been let go usually with some comment like "since you got all the paper work slow it down/move your plate/stop acting like an idiot"

i don't remember how many times i've been pulled over so far on my bike, but i've gotten a warning every time. the one time i got a ticket was because my inspection was out and i had misplaced my insurance card. as long as you stay legal, the chances of getting let off with a warning are pretty high.

Slow down? Stop??

Heck, I just open mr throttle and haul A!!! No popo will ever take me alive!

Actually, got a ticket today (140 mph but cop wrote 89 in a 60)

I will fight it because the cop wrote the wrong speed!!! jk

I dream of running from the cops one time but the cheap b.stard in me does quick math and I realize I can afford a $150 ticket not a thousands of dollars fine for running. I do have a plan in case I ever need it.

Yo! Peace out!

they like it when you spread em...

JK

I like to stop, put the kick stand down, keep feet on the pegs and take off the helmet before they get out of the car and place it on the tank with my hands on the helmet and wait. then they know Im not moving the bike and Im not going anywhere. I keep my wallet on me so I don't have to unlock the rear cowl and offer up the stuff I have in the trunk(collapsable beating stick etc...)

One more, if you stop in a parking lot, do it against a curb so they know ur not running, if on a large shoulder, into the concrete barrier at an angle.
