The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places in shootouts vary from magazine to magazine. however, the majority put the cbr in first due to its all around performance.
I, for one, would take zx10 since I like its ferocity and weird looks[which can be easily improved with a few bolt-ons].

I like the fairings. The mirrors and exhaust need to go though. Also, it wouldn't hurt it to have that black part of the mid-fairing painted.

when will we get a new R1 what is actually competitive. ycct and drive by wire and all those gizmos are nice but why does it not make the hp like the other?

in a way it makes sense though. the newest bike generally always tends to be the best. I mean the pricing is very close so are the looks (if you dont nitpick) and so are the philosophy (engine size, engine type etc) so the newest is always the best when it comes to bikes. just look at the 600cc market.

yeah well they arent changing anything for to the 2009 gixxers ...just little things ........ 2010 is a different story ....... now for the zx-6 we will be getting a whole make over for 2009 ...so this 07 will be outta my hands by then
