Roger that, Ed. I just ran out of time . I have to be in Long Beach , Cali by Monday. I have a few days time but money is tied into other things ( like fixing the bike. )

Does taking the MSF course actually provide you with your license endorsement without going to the DPS at all??

No you still must goto the DPS and take the written test and pay $15 to get your M endorsement.
