We Used To Put up caution Tape When I was In school but it breaks and it is bright yellow. And normaly everyone would stop, get out and look to see why the road was blocked, sometimes even walk around and check it out, then turn around and drive the other way anyway. Was kinda funny I guess. Best was when the lil bar/club down the street would let out and the same drunk guy in an f250 would stop tear it down and tie it to his CB Radio antenna and drive off with long caution tape streamers. But tha all ended when the po-po had a lil meeting with us. Zip ties on te other hand is no good. Thats askin for trouble
