headlight vynil

ive been googling for this stuff forever and cant find squat. maybe someone can lead me in the right direction. ive seen some bikes with colored vynil that comes in sheets and just cut to fit the headlights. it has holes of course for the light to go through. anyone know where i can get this?

I've seen it on track bikes. Does it let enough light through for street purposes? Maybe there are different "densities"(or whatever the term is) to choose from?

hmmm, i was wanting to just buy a sheet of each color because there are actually two colors that blend into the head light.
