I changed mine with castrol R4 Superbike 5W-40 synthetic this morn. And a K&N oil filter. Any opinions?

i usually use motul or repsol...so i have no opinion on castrol

even if i did, it wouldn't matter anyways, because i change my oil about every 500 track miles

Yup, had to put about 1.5 pounds in each to make 30 in front and rear. Cleaned and lubed the chain and gave her a much needed bath. What else?

You may want to increase those tire pressures a bit (36 rear and 32 front if running street tires)

blah blah blah
I've used almost everything under the sun, Repsol, Amsoil, Mobil, Motul, etc etc. The oil that I've found that shifts the best is Castrol R4 Superbike. I take that into consideration every time I buy oil.
Oh, btw... at least you're changin it. Could be worse.

only the really exp. amsoil is fully syn. the lower priced one is also a combo.

i've used Castrol R4 when i was doing trackdays, used mostly Mobil 1, trying out shell dytec(?) working fine, shifting fine.
