Clutch installation question

Hi guys,

Putting the clutch back together, the give bolts that holds the clutch plate (the one that has the spring underneath), do you need to put antiseize to the bolt? How about locktite?
Also, those bolts asks for 5 ft/lbs of torque I believe. I can't find a torque wrench that low of a value...can I just tighten it by "feel" ?

Thanks

PS. I'm asking these questions for a friend...
