You da man...I've had a similar situation where the prosecutor tried to bluff me into pleading guilty or making a deal. Glad to hear you didn't back down and ended up winning!

that is the main reason i posted this... i knew i wouldn't need an attorney becuase it would be so easy to beat... i new i just had to hold my ground and not accept any amount of money because i felt that i owed none. but for those that go at it alone... study up and know what to expect. the way it all happened wasn't quite like i had read that it would. I didn't realize that the prosecutor would get a stab at me first to try to make a plea deal.
