how did you go about doing it?
**2 layers, desaturated the top, erase through?
** a brush?
** selective desaturation?

copy and paste the image onto a new file (grayscaled)

paste over original, bring the colored layer over the grayscaled layer, and start erasing

its to perfect of a line, then if you soften your selection you get pieces not color changed

doing what he did, with a semi soft brush gets a nice line thats not easily seen

I really feel ignorant when it comes to PS since I haven't made the effort to learn it all. Feels that it has so many features I never mess with it more than to resize photos.

Now, give me some 3D modeling to do and I'm all good, just need someone else for the render work.

Looks good though Tony! I like the first photo the most.
