Aprilia Ride Smart 125 Street legal?

Got to ride one of these for a bit. Unreal grin factor, just plain fun to ride. Slim chance to get EPA approval but keep your fingers crossed, should be a great alternative to the Ninja 250. Aprilia cool factor is just a bonus........

6400.00 is the MSRP. Big difference over the Ninja 250, but Italian cool has always been high dollar.

Here's one I owned last year with the more standard paintwork.
Fantastic fun down the lanes but a bit of a liability in traffic.

Teenagers here are MAD for them
especially the ones with rich daddies

about 80 something, I don't really look at the speedo other than when I'm riding to a limit.
I've seen people talk about 120's on unrestricted ones (UK sold 125's are restricted to 12BHP to comply with learner legal legislation although the Aprilia is a bit of an odd one ie. not accepted as a learner bike I'm told).

No emissions testing...................... yet !!
