dirtbike tank cleaning?

hey peeps in my 2 stroke dirt bike, the tank is filthy with old oil and gas and also some rust from old gas cap

what can i use to clean the tank really good? gasoline wont cut it.

anything else i can use? i think the petcock stopped everything,

but it crapped out, any help apreciated

use b-12 chemtool....pour it in your tank and throw a handfull or two of bb's in it and shake it around really good...it works wonders.just dont let it sit in that tank for a long time because that b-12 will eat threw most plastics after some time...

thanks dude, well now that the site is back up

i took it to the car wash, and took almost everthing out, that was filty

petcock is phucked and ill buy a new one, carb is full of sludged oil so have to clean it too

dont know about top end. ill find out when tank is back in place and try to fire it up,

now about the fork seals. i dont think ill pull that out lol, need to find a ride to shop

ill post later on on the updates
