Unhappy FALLEN RIDER - N. ELDRIDGE - RIP

I was on my way to work this morning up Eldridge, and a few blocks before fm 529, the road was closed due to an accident. Since i was on my bike, i got in a little closer to see if i was able to go around, but i wasnt, constables were everwhere. I looked down the road to the accident and there was a man, laying dead on the road, and his bike was crushed by what seemed to be an older small rv or maybe an older u-haul type truck. You can tell that the truck changed lanes right onto the biker cause it was right in the middle of 2 lanes on the road line ... and the bike (which looked to be a HD similar to what the moto cops used a few years back) was crushed just in front of the the right rear wheel.

anyways ... thats the first time I have ever seen in person a motorcycle fatality ... kinda hit home a little. be carefull out there everyone ... there are a lot of cagers that just dont care to look for us!

and for the fallen rider ... RIP!

RIP

It happens bud. That's why some of us "old timers" are so hard on our fellow motorcyclist. We just want you to live to ride another day. That's why we push MSF, full gear, etc.

RIP to another fallen rider.
