THANKS DAVID @ CYCLE GEAR on 45!

David is the new manager @ Cycle Gear on 45 @ Edgebrook... long-story-short, he went above and beyond helping me get my 50 track-ready!

Even though his store is not a sponsor here, I wanted to let everyone know about David. I will certainly be back at Cycle Gear for their great customer service!

From what I understand, posting ANY feedback about any non-sponsor is not allowed. I've never figured that out.:/: I think both positive and negative feedback should be allowed regardless of whether they are sponsors or not. Good to know though, thanks for the info.

So I've heard...

BTW... the post was feedback was for David and not the place where he works (but what good would it do without knowing where he works?).

wake up or turn your hearing aid on I've seen several threads locked or deleted b/c they do not relate to a sponsor.

David is a badass. I bought a leather jacket several months ago and the zipper broke. They swapped it out recently no questions asked for a brand new replacement. Like a week later they got the new year models in. He let me bring the jacket in and change it to the new model jacket. Cycle Gear has the best customer service around, that's why I don't mind spending all my money there.

I like the staff there, with one exception.
For the most part, they've been good. I hope David has the ability to push the employees to strive to better standards.
