Hey they way i look at it if your not riding your SPORTS bike for what it was made for then take you old a$$ to get a FU**IN cruiser

SBK Pilot is an instructor for lone star track days. I'd say he rides his SPORT bike for exactly what they were intended for.
How many track days you got under your belt?
Not the 610 loop, an actual track.

With all DUE respect to friends, new or old...

Why the can't you be responsible enough to keep registration, license, and insurance current??? Good GRIEF!

I mean really - if there was a chance that an officer might let you off with a warning about something... you'll lose that opportunity when you don't even try to follow any of the rules....

And if you don't have insurance - well, that's just wrong - at least take responsibility for others in the world, even if you don't care about yourself.

but... registration?? Plate sticker?? come on!

Ok - so you want to hide your plate - you know that's going to look suspicious... like you are preparing to break the law...

And the question about which streets to avoid and when? Give me a break! Clue: you don't find many cops where there are no people... 249/1960... come on?!?!?!

THREAD POSTER - whoever you are - stop being a MORON - get a YUGO or a PRIUS, or better yet, since you like 2-wheelers - a BICYCLE...

Here's prolly the best advice your going to get...

Sell the bike, use the $ to pay your fines... then do some growing up & maturing. Wait 10 years...if you still think you can't control yourself on a SB, don't get a bike or learn to ride a cruiser until you can take care of that cranial-rectal based control issue.

sure, what does that have to do with it?

Posting nonsense is one thing, posting stupidity sevearl times in a row, and wasting our time lecturing a guy that is doing 130mph on public roads and riding without insurance etc etc, and posts this without true remorse, just trying to figure out how to get out of it... gives us all bad names.

I personally don't want that kind of on a forum that I'm on daily. Doesn't really matter, i just think banning that kind of is better than continuing a stupid argument on this thread.

you opinion may differ, my respect for it, just my 0.02.

Cliffnotes:
-Guy does crazy in 2 threads he has
-You think crazy guy should be banned
-Instead of helping educate crazy guy, it would be more beneficial to kick him off the site and let him continue to do crazy putting himself and us at harm

Great idea

I hate to rain on your parade Sheldon, but I'd guess at least 25% on here don't carry insurance and/or a M class certification. Go to meet and greets, decipher who is responsible and who is not....then make your decision who to ride with and those who you leave behind.

Whatever, not getting dragged into any argument. People mostly don't change... Watch HOUSE Md....

Ignore my post then, i spend time trying to educate every person as a rider that i come across that doesn't know about earplugs, full gear, riding safety, etc...

on a forum, do you really think he's looking for wisdom and when he's riding he's going to think "OH remember what they said on Motohouston! I should ride resposibly and not pin that throttle". I personally don't think so...

have a great day, i respect your opinion. I just think its the rarity that people change habits without major effort/changing events... (tickets don't normally count!)

peace out.

Hey OP, I know these guys are giving you a hard time, but don't worry about it man. Explain everything to the judge and he will let you off and probly maybe force you to take the ERC.

All you do is tell the judge that insurance is for suckers, inspection is just a way for the man to try to keep tabs on you, and as for the speeding; well tell him since you're not an old f***er you got a SB and it has to go fast!

Keep us posted on how that works for ya

You didn't really just bring up a fictional TV show to prove your point...did you?

woooo you're serious? I really didn't have any idea. No offense, i'm just one for showing some responsibility and following the law (speeding occasionally doesn't count )....

That's pretty scary. Though i don't blame anyone for hating DPS stations to get the endorsement, they don't make it easy.....

It was me that made the comment about which streets to avoid and when. And I was referring to avoiding being on the same roads as the thread starter. I don't need him running into me at 130 mph and then not having insurance.

Gotcha FuDog - no offense meant! and I agree with you! It's why I pay for the UIM coverage for my cars and family...

Sorry for the confusion!
