Ive gotten deffered for a no insurance ticket and 4 other tickets dismissed at the same time. Court was harris county off cypresswood. I used Paul Kubosh. Kubosh is known better in Houston court. His office is across the street.

Although, this was 15yrs ago.

he can't, and you don't have to leave the site.

Just learn from your mistakes. Get insurance. Man up and pay the fines, or do whatever the judge tells you to do.

Then start using you're brain out there on the street, maybe go take the ERC, maybe want to check out a few track days.

People just get upset, because what you have been doing, makes others look down upon us (sportbike riders). Makes police want to take us down even more. And makes "Cagers" at us for no reason, which makes the rest of us not very safe.

In summary, get your handle. Respect the road.

It's not your place to make that call so why don't you leave that up to the powers that be?

Although, Abbas, you may want to refrain from posting threads that will get you reamed, you're 2 for 2 so far

i understand that it is not my call... it was meant rhetorically... Do i really want him to leave? Of course not, that would impede his ability to meet new people and real riders which would increase his ability to learn and understand... I did not mean for the post to come of as the Word of , it was meant as a joke... but he might want to refrain from posting his dumb antics... no one is going to bail him out of he gets himself into especially if he knows it ain't right....

Dont get a lawyer...i used one once and he ended up sending some lady and all she did was..."Mr. Moreno, please step forward...listen to the judge and do what she says..." later on the day..."sorry I wan't able to do anything...just take defensive driving"...she wasn't able to do anything cause she kept stepping out of the court like 20 times, no kidding...lol...i actually counted...some lawyers wont do squad but take your money, just go to court, show what you got...and pay for the reckless thing you have done...

If you can't pay for insurance or even be responsible...sit the bike down and chill for a while...think about it, the way you drive, it might be your last ride or last day in this earth...not only that...you are not just gonna cause problems to yourself...but also the ppl around you...that's my 2 cents...take them or leave 'em...(dont take them cause i'm broke)

I know i screw up and do stupid at times, but in your first 40 posts you've taken the cake, bro. Learn some self control, at least in what you post if you can't learn it on your bike, and maybe you won't have these problems. +1 about your wife and kid/s. That's what I think about when I'm about to do something stupid and it generally puts me in check to think of them without me.
