No insurance! No sympathy. Speeding yeah. I hit 80ish occasionlly and 90 once on 249 on the weekend with little traffic, but i only hit it for a short spurt, mostly 70-80 cruising back home in low traffic.... i haven't ever seen patrol on 249... was it radar, or laser?

I agree with RacerX and I'm not sorry if this offends you, but you're an idiot. As big of one as they come and you deserve everything you get. Have fun paying the state for the next few years

and seeing that you don't carry any coverage period on the bike, I doubt you have a reputable relationship with an insurance agent who would even consider doing such a thing.

+1

Getting the date extended is never bad practice but I doubt it will help in your case. Lots of times you want to do it so the officer doesn't really remember you and forgets the details of the stop.

maybe I misread that, but extending your court date would be foolish. If anything, man up and get your sh*t corrected prior to your initial court date and just maybe the judge or DA won't completely rape ya

Yea... sux for u.... but I have very little sympathy... especially after your post about your ride wobbling @ 135mph... clearly you're not a responsible rider and bring a bad rep. to the rest of us...

I'll be the first to admit that I don't always do the speed limit... but more than twice the speed limit w/ no insurance? c'moooon dude... what are you thinking??

Think about how you'd feel if you carried insurance and got hit by someone who had no insurance and just walked away without any consequences? Wouldn't be too happy about that now, would you?? Sorry... rant over! Probably my bigggest pet peeve about drivers!

If you move your stuff you should be okay to get them dismissed. For the speeding ticket, I got 88 in a 65 and it was $260 on deffered with 30 day probation (No tickets) but I was 20 MPH over the speed limit. You were going 19 MPH over the speed limit it will only be $115 on deffered and 30 day probation. Or try for defensive driving. And by the way for the record. YOU CAN ONLY TAKE DEFENSIVE DRIVING ONCE A YEAR!

To the Thread Starter: Please DO NOT post anymore on this forum... your a jackass... after reading a number of your posts and comments, you seriously are reckless, dumb, and immature.

You will NOT get the insurance ticket dismissed, you have to prove that you had insurance at the time the infraction took place. You will probably be allowed to get the inspection taken car of as long as it is within 2 months of the old inspection expiring and/or 2 months of getting the vehicle; but this will be up to the judge's discretion. You may be able to get an attorney to prove that you weren't speeding, but why? It will be cheaper to just pay the ticket and get it deferred.

Please do us all a favor and don't post anymore details of your stupidity. Nobody is impressed by it, nobody is going to give you 'props' or any praise for being a dumbass... Do the right thing and behave responsibly...

that is all....

That's EXACTLY what I wanted to say and, even though I am a kind natured person, I have no sympathy, empathy, or apathy for you and, once again, I hope you get every little bit that's coming to you... Why don't you go check and see if your bars wobble at 160mph?
