Angry Theives rob dead motorcyclist

Police Left Accident Scene Without Finding Victim

By Shaun Rabb
FOX 4 News

The Dallas Police Department is reviewing procedure after two officers left an accident scene without finding the accident victim. The man was discovered hours later, after someone stole the dead manís wallet and cell phone off his corpse. FOX 4ís Shaun Rabb explains.
Through her tears, Connie Davidson talks about her 38-year-old son Thomas Gregory Davidson, killed early Sunday morning in a motorcycle accident near Interstates 30 and 45 northbound.
"He was just full of energy, positive energy," she said. "And he loved life."
He was speeding when he lost control, according to a 911 call. Police say the bike traveled nearly a quarter of a mile without the rider.
A police spokesman says initial responding officers found the motorcycle, but not Davidson.
"They began a 45 minute search in that area as well as going back several hundred feet looking over both sides, looking for the individual," said Cpt. Kevin Janse of the Dallas Police Department.
Police did not find his body until nearly 7:30 a.m., more than four hours later. Davidson had been thrown over the interstate and was lying under the bridge near Taylor and Henry Streets.
"The witness that called 911 said they saw somebody go over the railing," said Davidsonís mother, Connie. "So they shouldnít have just looked on the street. They should have gone and looked over the railing."
Davidson's body was discovered after a second 911 call that some people were rifling the pockets of a man with a motorcycle helmet.
"The officers at that point put two and two together and determined that this was possibly the rider of the motorcycle," said Cpl. Janse.
The victim had been robbed as he lay broken beneath the interstate. His mother, before she knew he was dead, called his cell phone.
"Somebody answered and said if I would bring them some money theyíd give me the phone back," Connie said.
Davidson was an artist. He created sculptures from scrap and made jewelry. He called his work Kingbird Gems and sold them under the name Thomas Gregory.
Thursday night he had an art show at Jacket Gallery on Exposition. His art is still on display.
"This one really paid off and he was real happy," said his mother. "Evidently he was happy because he was going fast which he wasnít supposed to be doing on that motorcycle. He was reckless."
Now police are investigating not only Davidson being robbed, but also their own canvass for his body.
"We want to make sure everything was done right," said Cpt. Janse. "We definitely donít ever want to leave a body that could possibly still be alive out there, so we'll definitely look into that and see if we canít change procedures and policies."
Police say Davidson died on impact. They have really little to go on in terms of who robbed the dead man.
Thomas Gregory Davidson has two children: a daughter and a son who turns 12 today.

Horrible...

Passing of a Father and Husband to an unfortunate situation that may have been avoided but would have costed cool points...

And to those whom took advantage of the situation without remorse, the aliens were watching... u r on ufoTUBE... and the probe is coming...
