The only thing keeping me from committing fully is the early start time. I'm by far no morning person, esp saturday morning at that... I'll set a couple of alarms, but even then thats no guarantee.

If I go you can count me as a slowpoke, I don't go fast in unfamiliar places, and this will be my first time out there. Take it easy and remember everything so the next time its all like, "hey, this is so much better than the first time I came out here!" or not, but heres hoping.

PS, how is the route for fuel stops? I've been experimenting with some new maps, and I haven't ridden enough to get a realistic average of fuel consumption yet so I don't really know how long the next tank will last.

fuel stops were frequent and plenty. never had less than a 1/4 tank left. And I think there was even one stop I didn't fill up.

Since we will have several slow-movers I may use this chance to bring the old lady out 2up on this one. Then I will use Sun morning to go tear it up sans passenger.

Have to get my FZ to Motorcycles Unlimited first - to um.. realign my headlight... shifter, and check out the rest of my front end first... couple weeks I might be able to join you again.... shoulder might be reattached by then too which would be nice!

I'll join you again later!

By the way - did anyone actually see me hit? PM me - I have a question...
