Try Sams Cycle Salvage or Paco over at Power Toys for a frame.

Tell them I sent you, they'll treat you right.

Also, put together a list of parts you need and e-mail it over to me and I'll start keeping an eye out for them.
I'll be making a trip to houston in a couple weeks to see what all I have to work with and I'll drop by and see what we can do. I appreciate it very much Pat

This is exactly what I need to get started!
http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=230200

If I can find a set of forks and a wiring harness, I'll have a rolling chassis and just about everything I need.

after hanging with you and your dad that one night i would have to agree that he would have loved for you to rebuild the bike and keep on riding. as far as rebuilding it dont be in a rush and half it. take the time save some money work on it. save some more money work on it. etc etc. dont rush it

I'm keeping it factory just like he had it, but with a few minor accents that he did. I will have some kind of memorial paint job on the solo cowl and tank though.

Wow, I'm really impressed with the support from everyone here.

I hope the rebuild turns out to be better than you can imagine. Finding the parts should be the easy part. The build should be good therapy for you, I'm sure your dad will be watching every last bit, start to finish!
