WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT FURNITURE or CRAIGSLIST

Quick question. I posted up a dresser for sale on Craigs list...

For 70 bucks.
https://post.craigslist.org/manage/634341761/mqc33

Anyway, I got a bunch of responses but the odd thing was that most were giving me 25, 35, 45, over what I was asking. When I told one of the guys that there was a sale pending he has gone to 125, 150, and now 250. Is there something that I need to know about this dresser?

Is this just wacked out or what. I always undercut people a little when I am buying things I have never started to double and triple the offers?

Sound fishy to ya'll or do I have some furniture that is worth money and I have no idea?

Any words of wisdom on this would be useful.

Is that an old teak dresser?

If so your price might be low.

Just don't take any money orders for more than the transaction price giving cash back

There are a lot of wanna-be scammers on Craigslist that you have to be weary of. ONLY sell it to someone that is going to pay you CASH ... a lot of these wads will offer you a lot more money that what your asking, to get your attention and make you drool for the deal, but they will usually try some weird way of paying (that ends up being a scam) hoping that you'll take the chance because if it goes trough you get a lot more money than you wanted.
