OK - here's his response to my email request....

Those are both brandnew bikes and the red one is the one for sale the crate picture is only a display of kinda how i got the bike brandnew, its just an example, the three red pictures are the actual bike and the bike was race 7 times down the track at hmp 3.5 -4.2 AT 1/8TH mile and 8.96 at 1/4 mile and that was not with all it had that was being easy on the take off i mean easy, not actually launching the bike or even redline, that was shifting at 10,5 it goes way further than that as you know, . NO THE BIKE HAS NEVER BEEN IN ANY WRECKS OF ANY KIND. IT DOES HAVE A ROCK CHIP BUT THATS IT...AND R U TALKING ABOUT A R1 OR FZ, CAUSE I DONT THINK ANY ONE OF THOSE HAVE A SHOT IN UNLESS SERIOUSLY MODIFIED... SERIOUSLY...
YES the warranty is completely transferable THE BIKE HAD EVERYTHING DONE AT 625 MILES JUST TO LET THE BOTTOM END BRAKE IN CORRECTLY FOR THE DEALER THAT DID ALL MODIFICATIONS,AND THE REASONING BEHIND ALL THAT WAS TO CREATE THE MOST POWER POSSIBLE OUT OF AN GSXR 1000 FOR A MAGAZINE.. and insurance is threw state farm but liability only...but remember you aint riding my bike without cash in my hand sorry, but when you go to a motorcycle dealer do they let you ride without purchasing the bike first ....NO.. my best friend owns NORTH CITY CYCLES AND NO THEY DONT TRUST ME.... WITH FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE IN MY HAND... THIS IS MY 5TH BIKE TO BUY AND THEY DONT.... SO CASH IN HAND OR WE CAN GO TO YOUR BANK TOGETHER.to get the cash,,, when i get cash i will let you ride and if for some reason you decide not to buy the bike the money will be refunded as long as less than 50miles are on the bike...i act just like a dealer ... and honor my words........

Maybe he actually thinks HMP is a 1/4 and it does run 8.96....

Ask him to scan and email some of the time slips from the 7 passes, and a copy of the invoice for the cams and head work.

^^^ Yes! I wanna see this bike and the 'power commander or TRE' he has... I didn't know a TRE could double as a power commaner... chit; would have saved me alot of money...

I'll go on that ride just to see this bike... I wanna see the invoices and printouts from HMP then I'll show him mine.

tell him this is a video of some modded busa's running at HRP.... i think they ran 8.4 at 182 mph.... so his claim of holding the track record of 8.96 is false.... and if he is talking 1/8 mile.... i think my 1/8th mile times are like 6.2 or something, so he's way off either way

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHVyax9u1N4
the 2 busas launch at 2:06, i can't see the boards but i got 8.5 with my stopwatch watching the video, but i think i remember it being 8.4

That is soooooo f**kin impossible, it aint even funny. How do you fun 3.5-4.2 seconds in the 1/8 mile and finish off with 8.96 seconds in the 1/4 mile ... if you do 3.5 sec. in the first 1/8, double that is 7 seconds ... and everyone knows that the second half of the 1/4 mile is waaaaaaay faster than the first half! what a freakin IDIOT!!!!
