If you're on the NW side you may be closer to Ellis Performance(also a site sponsor and owner of a black '08 ninja 250 ) off 2920

Nana...I'm all about hook-ups
What all would I need to do on the 1st service? So far I've heard, check the cables, change the air/oil filter & oil, check the chain, check to make sure bolts aren't loose....

Well....I found her at another dealer, but Clear Lake Kawi was able to get her shipped over and I got her for $4100.

Never go back to that dealer again!!!!

Also, it WILL NOT viod your warranty. My bike hasn't ever been in for basic service at a dealer and I had no problems at all getting warranty work done. Be sure to keep your reciepts for anything you do though.

Yeah I talked to the dealer and got them to retract the statement that it will void the warranty. They said I just need to be able to show that it was done...now the problem is I don't know what I'm doing beyond changing the oil

My 1st bike and my 1st oil change on the bike...
