anyone hear about a wreck over the weekend?

it was a cruiser. i don't know the specifics, but it was a family friend. I think it was in Montgomery Co. he had a girl on the back, i think it was someone related to him. when he went down, she broke her neck and died instantly. he was taken to jail for intoxicated manslaughter. i have heard about a dozen different stories. a few said that when the blood test came back he didn't have a drop of alcohol in his system and he was released from jail, another said that he was loaded.

A guy on R1-forum said he passed by a bad wreck on 149 on Sunday, April 6. Said it was a cruiser with man and wife on back with no helmets and she was lifeflighted out of there. Riding a custom green softtail with flames. See here for info: http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=229378.

I don't know if thats the one, but it sounds horrible!
