my neighbor was robbed

Happened around noon. What's scary was our other neighbor was home. She called 911 3 times. Call would not go through. My neighbor from across the street was on the phone and it cut off and she couldn't get tone for awhile. All while 3 guys in a new model white ford f150 wearing bandanas stole stuff. When the robbers were done and left, as soon as they were a about a block away, the phones started working. I've never heard of thieves doing something like that. My neighbors couldn't call 911 while they were robbing. The police is investigating. Any tech guys on here that can give a logical theory as 2 how this was done....

Lots of available cell phone jammers out there, never heard of anything for land lines though.

Cell jammers only work within a certain radius.

What part of town is this? I'll keep my gat a little closer.

IMO two in 8 months constitutes a coincidence. Three suspects pattern.
