Claims he has taken it..

He says he has his motorcycle "permit" and he can ride with anyone over 21...

But...

I don't think he is telling the truth.

if he can ride with anyone over 21 then he has only taken the writen part of the test and msf makes up for the ridden part unless he didnt have the certificate at the time :?

He has a learners permit. Sad to say he probably doesn't know how to spell "MSF"

I've gotten so jaded lately I ask new people to our group if they have a license, how to countersteer, how long they've been riding.. etc... then we base our pace on their skill level.


Just curious but what did the yellow warning speed sign say for that corner?

That one is posted at 30mph I believe..

The one after that is a sharp 15mph.

Its the first one on 149, posted on the road in big WHITE letters

THE Newb crashed at a turn going at the speed limit? he probably need to go study a little bit more about a bike's dynamics and machanics.
did he even know he needs to lean and countersteer in order to turn?
