I was the black guy (marcus) on the R6 and I am down to ride anytime in the morning and as it gets cool I'll be down anytime I have free. You guys were great out there and that was so much fun! I was saying that you guys must must have been hittin' the turns at about 110+ because I was probably in them between 85 -90 mph and when I cam out on to the straight I was like doing 130 to catch up you mofos were ghost!!! I was like those guys are fast!! Los the roads rocked and as the weather gets cooler these rides will get better.
Be sure to hit me up anytime you guys need a wing man

it was fun though, esp. when someone made the comment that we must have been going at least 110mph. it was actually closer to 140.
there is no way your going about 140mph at racer, crabb , or the secret road through the turns. maybe yall hit that speed in the straights or freeway though.

thats not what the people going 120 behind us said. or alex's speedo.

I'm not going to lie, my speedo is way off from sprockets. It said we were going like 180 or some . It also said he rode almost 300 miles, does anyone know how many miles we actually went?

Crabb I never really got to go fast. I think it was racer but im not sure. Which ever road has a turn through a bumpy bridge that is skechy as . Never going through that turn fast again.

As you may agree steve, in the moment when the adrenaline is being poured into ones blood stream while in the heat of the chase the speed at which the machine is traveling is going unnoticed since undivided attention is being focused on the road and the negotiation of the next turn. In other words who is looking down at the speedo. I'm trying to stomp with the pros, that is within my own limits of course :icon_bigg

Come on bro... you know as well as I do, adrenaline/ego based throttle control is VERY dangerous. I just spent 8 hours at the track on Friday and not one time did I ride over 9/10th of my skill. The only time(s) I got to that level is when I was duking it out with a guy on an R1 and ZX10. Other than that it's 8/10ths all the time.

I realize you want to get better... but try a trackday, you'll learn SO much more and from MUCH better riders.

I am in NO WAY trying to dog the guys you rode with yesterday, but Arturo, Henry and myself are better than they are... Gianni and Carlos are better than we are... and there are many at trackdays who can whoop up on them as well!

There is always someone faster and better... and to ride and learn from the best you have to hit the track scene.

Anyways, I hope to get out to some of the rides later this year. Once the track season is over I'm going to get her rode worthy again and start street riding some more. But I'll ride sweep... I rarely do 20 over the limit anymore. :icon_bigg

Track days are def. where its at. But the only turn that could compare to the ones we rode on at TWS (Texas World Speedway) was T1.

ROFL!!!

I was just trying to get across the fact that the turn we were on were long banked sweepers vs. the majority of TWS (Texas World Speedway)'s smaller tighter turns.
