06 636 exhaust help

So i was limited on time before i had to go to work and thought i could just take the bike apart and get the exhaust on. Little did I know about the servo that kawi stuck on that midpipe. I didn't have enough time to figure it out and had to put it back together. I also bought the thing used so I don't have instructions. If anyone could help, please let me know anything and everything.

I've done some searching, but there isn't really anything about that muzzy servo block type thing.

Thanks.

Try this:

Download the manual in top link, sorry I can't give you any specific advice. I've never owned a Kawi.

The valve in the exhaust changes the backpressure for a wider power range on lower cc bikes

hehe i just noticed it after i posted...well the muzzy came with a servo block, but i never saw a picture and how it should fit. so i went to muzzy's website and the guy emailed me a diagram and figured it out.

the worst part, is that the bike wouldnt start after the install. i think the battery is dying on me. it looks sweet, but im scared the midpipe is going to melt some plastics. none of those heatshields were reusable.
