Dont drag your knee so much, just lift it up after it touches down. It's more of a feeler gauge then anything, you dont need to be grinding the out of it through the entire turn.

Regular knee pucks should last for a full season for most guys

I bet the "Sparkin" Sliders would work really well in the DRY Texas summers! Heck it may even slow down the trackdays or race activities while the fire trucks have to put out all the grass fires at multiple turns. They should be illegal at ALL Tracks, period!
