Some TD's don't allow "sparking" knee pucks, CMRA certainly doesn't allow them.

Haha good. You the ones on ebay are overpriced, what should one expect to pay for a set for picture use(IE: don't have to be the best ones on the market)?

hahaha you put teh hello kitteh in this thread, I think it was sufficient staying where it was!

PS: My father is to be thanked for that. I had him snap a couple with his camera and him being the smart person he is figured I would post them on here so he chopped the kitteh in on the leg and emailed me the photos thinking I wouldn't notice it before posting...

Well im a mini trucker so throwin sparks is right up my alley and usin titanium to throw BRIGHT WHITE sparks is even more up my alley but i have never priced titanium knee pucks so i dont know what they would run but for some good Titanium blocks for a truck will set you back 80-100 dollars and it looks like there is more on the knee pucks than what come on the truck blocks

They're cool for pictures, but personally I don't like em on the track.
They can be distracting for one. I always think the guy is starting to lowside when I start seeing sparks flying.
And some times you can catch a hot chunk of that if your in the spark shower like this guy:

I wonder how long they last? I mean the sliders I have been running last about 4 maybe 5 trackdays. If those would last a while might be worth the money. I also wonder if they have them for your gloves?
