DUI = selling bike

so i got clocked doing 68 in a 60 last night in my truck. i had one beer prior to driving and i am not kidding ONE beer, sober as $h!t. trooper took my lisence. so to pay for the ticket and the lawyer fees. not going to call the parents , im selling my bike. so pretty soon i am going to have to say farewell to the MH community for a while. not sure when i would be able to afford another bike. this is really going to suck

don't be a stranger. just cause you don't have a bike doesn't mean you can't post and go to the M&Gs.

Props for manning up!
Much respect!
So sorry to hear about your crappy luck bro, maybe things will work out better than projected.
Work some overtime, pull a loan from the 401, mow some grass or something.
Good luck!

WTF? Can't you do a UA or something when you're booked? Or at least blow in the better breathalyzer at the station, something? What was your BAC?

If you can prove you had only ONE beer you should be able to fight it. Did you do the Breathalyzer test? Can you give a little more detail into what happened?

If u were sober like you say, then why not contest it??:dontknow:..... having a dwi on your record is not something you want, its serious stuff, stays for ever... And at your age it can hurt you in many ways in the future.
