Good write up.

Alternatively you can buy some 3/8" aluminum flat stock, 1/8" thick is suffucient, and drill a hole in the center of it and then file the "flat" for the shaft.

Keep in mind, this fix is for the ZX6 / 636 / ZX10 only, and only if you have removed the exhaust servo motor cables.

nice info, mine was coming on and off but I simple give a little hit to the butterfly valve and it goes off.
