Repossessed bikes?

I was watching an auction last night for a SWEET bike. An MV F4 SPR! For those that don't know, it was the ultimate 750 made by MV. It had 149 HP!
Anyway, it had MINOR damage, nothing Houseofpain couldn't fix for a couple hundred. It was a repossessed bike. To me, this means nothing other than the owner didn't make payments and the bank took it back. Is there ANY reason not to own a repo vehicle?

BTW, the auction ended at $10,336

wow that bike is . i wouldn't see anything wrong with owning a repo vehicle as long as everything seems in order. just like you said, the owner could not make payments, so just as long as you've got a title and the bike's in good condition, i'd say you would be good to go
