honestly ive never had a bad experience with an officer. i was taught early on even before i was old enough to drive to just be honest and show respect. keep your hands visible, say "yes sir" and "no sir" and not be a smart and they will show you the same. i remember once i was pulled over for expired tags on my car (expired by two months) and my license was expired by six months. i didnt bullshit the guy, told him the truth, that i was just a lazy . he ran my numbers to make sure i was clean and gave me a verbal warning to get it taken care of. nine times out of ten when i get pulled over i get away with a warning. even when i got popped for doing double the speed limit on my bike last summer, teh officer was almost apologetic for writing me the citation, and even THANKED me for pulling over for him because of what i was riding. im not saying there arent bad ones out there, but hey are the MINORITY, just like in any occupation. it sux what happened to your friend shamir, and my personal opinion i think the officer was wrong in this case, but then again, as mentioned before, this is third hand knowledge and what really happened stays between him and the officer.

like andre stated, he should place a complaint against him.

no and i def understand that like i said i have only had these 2 cops with issues ever. i am always yesir, nosir, respectful (as much as i want to be a i hold it back) and i have gotten off many times for things i shouldnt. but these few douchebag cops. like i said ironically both were alvin pd. pretty sure that one of the requirements there is being a racist redneck with a huge ego. lol

sounds like bullshiit to me he was held 72 and the da decided not to persue charges and thats why he was released. they can legally hold you for 72 hours without filing charges if after 72 hours they dont file the charges they have to release you.no way a da can approve every arrest before it happens he doesnt have a report or anything how is a da going to give approval for an arrest at 3 am in the morning ?

Heck YES....!!! They cover each other's back....!!!! They are a "brotherhood"..!!!

If you are not one of them, you are the enemy.

They only get caught when the case gets too much visibility in the media and the family of the victim can afford good lawyers.

If you are just a poor immigrant like myself and my family you have no chance...!!!

OK...going out to run some errands to the local Cyclegears in 45 South and 59. Hope to see some you around. Look out for the guy with the blue bike and bright yellow helmet...!!!!

...I just gave my self to the pigs oopsss!!! I mean the LEO's

simple they are there 24 hrs a day. DA intake is full of da's working. Its not 1 guy sitting at a desk answering the phone. Its a big office full of people and a secretary routing calls. charges are filed minutes after the person is booked. theres like 6 pages of this already.

You can believe it or not. Been doin this for 6 years and it aint changed yet. I dont have a reason to get on here and lie about anything.

People come on here and say well that didn't happen to me or it didn't happen to my cousin that way. I'm just telling you how its done in harris county for an arrest that is above a Class B. I cant speak for any other county. Three different cops posted in this thread saying the same thing.

Since you know how to do my job I need someone to fill in for me at work. I'm tired. Want some OT?
