So, I know this won't come up now, but I'm trying to determine how you make a case out of crashing? Did the frame crack in half? Are these bikes notorious for having something faulty that could have caused your crash?

i.e. Gsxr's having a weak frame at the forks, etc. or are we pulling a Tango and justifying that the crash was due to a broken linkage and not rider error?

By no means am I passing judgement, just not sure how you could prove a case AFTER crashing.
